Portal Gun in Half-Life 2 Deathmatch Map

The Aperture Science Handheld Portal Device (or the portal gun, for all you laymen out there) really allows you to think outside of the box and do things you never thought possible before. It’s a shame, then, that the ASHPD.. fine, the portal gun is restricted to Portal. But have no fear, as modders are already trying to come up with new places to play around with the gun. One tantalizing possibility would be a multiplayer Portal, and one modder in particular has certainly taken a step in that direction.
You can see in the video above – complete with Radiohead music – a tutorial of how to get the Half-Life 2 Deathmatch map Overwatch into Portal and how to spawn a portal gun. While it’s still a long way from playing with others, it does get me excited about the possibilities.
