playstation network card PlayStation Network Cards Coming Early Next YearYou may have noticed in the course of downloading things from the PS3’s PlayStation Store that there is a mention of PlayStation Network Cards. But unlike Wii Points or Microsoft Points cards you find most anywhere that sells games, these PSN Cards appear to be rather allusive. That’s actually just due to the fact that they aren’t sold anywhere; or, rather, they weren’t sold anywhere until they came to Japan this month.

The US is due to get this credit card alternative sometime early next year. It’s a shame they weren’t out in time for the holidays, but at least you’ll be able to avoid using a credit card from now on when you want to buy something on either the PS3 or PC version of the PlayStation Store.
