I can play bowling on my Wii with real friends, and I’m sure its a lot more fun.

I’m downloading Home on my friends PS3 right now, and I’ll give it a go and report back.

1) There is no 4gb file needed to download Home

It RESERVES 3.7gb on your hard drive for future possible use but Home itself is just 78mb.

2) PSN hasn’t been ‘up and down all day’ in any way shape or form.

I was sceptical as well about Home until I got into the beta. In the beta there were bowling, chess, draughts and pool to play against other users and arcade games for solo play. The majority of the time I spent in there was chatting to people while bowling. You can also set up club houses for groups or clans in which you can meet up before launching a game together or just have a meeting about something like clans do before matches.

I can understand the skepticism because its hard to explain whats good about it but it was far better than I thought it would be and that was in the severely limited beta. Just try it out with an open mind and make sure you have a headset or at the very least a keyboard to chat to people.

Those of us that have a PS3 should be pretty used to having to wait though…since Sony apparently is a day late and a dollar short on everything they have done in this generation of consoles.

Honestly, how can a company go from doing everything right in the PS2 era and then go to screwing up everything royally in the PS3 era?

What are we supposed to do with it? Sit there and walk around? It sounds like an action game with no action. I just don’t get it, whats the point of having this!!!!!

I know all the PS3 fanboys (Norbit) will come in here and scream about how its so ingenious etc etc, but I mean, yeah I’ll download it and go on there, but I’m extremely skeptical about the longevity of gameplay.
