PS3According to a System Update last Thursday, downloadable PS1 games will be available for PS3 owners to purchase and download from the PS3 Store. These games can be played on the PS3 or copied onto a PSP Memory Stick and taken on the road. This update will also improve PS3 support of PS1 and PS2 peripherals with vibration functions, including the Logitech GT-Force Pro steering wheel, and will also allow PS1 save games to work on the PSP. Also, the PSP has new system software available, and PSP owners who want to continue buying and playing emulated PS1 games after the new versions release will have to upgrade. The update basically changes the security system for the handheld.
