Play Digital Revisits MAME

Play Digital takes a look at an arcade game emulator apart from the rest, MAME. This particular emulator handles variety of arcade cabinets. Katharine runs down supported OS and explains how to install and update the software as well.

Check out the video review to see how some your old school arcade hits look on your current system. They might not be as cool as you remember them, but they’re still loads of fun.

We all have fond memories of our favourite arcade cabinets – so why not pick up this emulator from MAMEDev.org and some of the legit ROMs to go with it?

Enjoy the retro vibe and watch out for reviews of Devil May Cry 4 and Conflict: Denied Ops next week.
