Play Classic LucasArts and Sierra Adventure Games on Your iPhone

Ever since the iPhone came out, people have been searching for ways to emulate games on Apple’s little wonder device with mixed results. Now though, it seems a version of ScummVM, which allows you to play some classic LucasArts and Sierra games, has been adapted for the iPhone. Apparently a touch screen is a perfect fit for these point-and-click adventure titles, with the only drawback being a reduced image size. Still, that’s a small price to pay to play Day of the Tentacle, Sam and Max Hit the Road (above), or the Monkey Island games while on the go.

Hmm…I might have to rethink about getting the iPhone now thanks to this latest development…
