Phallic Monsters Invade Spore Creature Creator

*Sigh* I knew this was going to happen. The minute I saw Spore’s Creature Creator a long time ago, I knew we’d be seeing hundreds of phalluses dotting the virtual landscape. After seeing some various videos scattered about the internet, I finally just typed “spore penis” (NSFW link, by the way) into YouTube’s search engine. Right now, there’s over a hundred videos on there that meet that criteria. Admittedly, no two look alike so far, but they all look disturbing when they’re made to dance. But this just once again proves my theory: “If you give someone on the internet a way to express themselves creatively, odds are they’ll come back to you with a penis.” It does make me wonder though, if other people’s creations are supposed to show up randomly in your world, does that mean I’ll be bumping into one of these just while playing the game? That might put a hitch in the whole “family friendly” feel of it.

Diccus Gigantous has got to be my favorite, aside from the ones whose member actually has a mouth and roars.
I’m hoping the Spore devs can ensure that these creatures don’t actually go out into the Spore universe. On the Spore website, you can actually report creatures, but I don’t have the heart to report any since these creatures are absolutely hilarious!
Someone also made the chair from Peewee’s Playhouse. It’s pretty amazing.
Oops, forgot to provide a link..

But I laugh even harder.
I think they have moved away from the whole it automatically downloads crap like this and puts it in your game. Because on the new FAQ on the spore site they mention that you will be able to select things like only download from maxis, buddies etc… Is it funny? Depends, I’ll admit I saw one on youtube that made me laugh my ass off but to actually upload this to the sporepedia is just plain dumb.
I wonder if anybody has one named “Biggus Dickus”
The Monty Python fans will understand.
From the blog of Dan Rubenfield on 06.13.08
“A friend of mine(Jeff Freeman) who I worked with for many years had a term he used called “Time to Cock”.
It’s the amount of time it takes players to use a feature to make a giant cock in the world.”
Spore isn’t even out yet, so I guess this is a new TTC world record?
So, suddenly a game for the whole family is a 18+ game.
OMG!!!
Steve, I saw that one as well. I am 1000% positive it will appear in my dreams tonight, and I imagine they will not be very good dreams either.
Scarred me for life it did!
