PAX 2007 – Keynote Speaker Announced

Attention geeks! Your favorite actor, writer, and otherwise lovable creature Wil Wheaton, also known as “Wesley Crusher” from Star Trek: The Next Generation, is going to be marking the highlight of this year’s Penny Arcade Expo. Dust off those old copies of Season One and get them ready for signing.
And if you’ve been to previous PAXpos, you probably are familiar with the “Omegathon.” While no announcements were made as to what the competition will actually involve, this year’s winner will receive a trip for two to the Tokyo Game Show along with $5,000 is spending money. This is approximately 600,749.78 Japanese Yen, FYI.
This year’s PAX has a projected audience of 30,000 people, and is being held, once again, in downtown Seattle, Washington.
