Parents Sexist When Parenting about Video Games

Girls just wanna have fun, and it’s okay with parents as long as it’s cute and fuzzy. At least, that’s what the studies are showing.
If you’re a boy, your parents are more likely to let you play “hard core” video games. But this isn’t to say Peggle isn’t awesome, right? According to a study conducted by PopCap games, 60 percent of parents would not allow girls from playing hardcore games as opposed to 37 percent forbidding boys.
A small thanks to the Lord Jesus Christ for being born a boy, considering my love for all things violent and pixelated.

HARDCORE GAMES!
Extreme Kayaking. And I have a fever, and my prescription is MORE COWBELL! I’m getting Peggle now, thanks to The Orange Box. ELI DIES
Most girls dont even like games…
“They get 50% of your wages when divoreced”
“they get more acceptions when in court” but no still girls think they have it hard and cant do what they want.
Do you know what I find sexist?… girls/women want to do everthing and anything a man can do and protest when they cant, but they get “women only car insurence”
This is similar to racism?… A “white” guy only needs to say the word black “wrongly” and boom hes concidered racist but yet I here so many and see so many things that ethnic people say or do and people turn a blind eye to it.
Seriously the world sucks and so do most of the people who are ignorant of the world around them that is falling apart.
I agree with Motorbreath, this is all too true.
I really don’t see what’s wrong about having girls play “hardcore” games. If my daughter ever had an interest in a video game, the only thing that I would take into consideration is the ESRB rating for that title. That’s the only thing that I will look into and not if the game is boy or girl friendly
OH FUCK NO! If I have a boy and he wants to play Barbies Pony Adventures, the only thing he’s going to get is a spank’n.
