You 'could' do WWI, but there isn't enough... well, 'stuff' that goes 'kaboom'. I mean, blow up a small artillary or take down a dirigible? Besides, having this sort of turning-point modernized urbn landscape mixed along with what you'd-normally-think old stuff, you have a pretty neat setup.
