Mercenaries 2 is set to rock your world on August 31st, so EA has decided to release a commercial that reminds us all what Mercenaries 2 is about while entertaining us with a damn catchy tune.
If this commercial has taught me anything, it’s that I’ll be happy that I’m playing the side of the mercenary rather than the side of the people who hire the mercenary because I’d pretty much be in a lose/lose situation since I’m sure the mercenaries would charge an outrageous amount for their service. Then, if I double cross them (as the woman in this commercial has), I could expect the mercenaries to retaliate in ways I wouldn’t dare imagine.
What am I talking about? Who the hell would rather play the person who hires the mercenaries rather than play as them? Why would you want to just sit around for hours, waiting for the mercenary to come back just to pay them? Then what, would you just continue to order them around while you sit at your desk thinking of new ways to use the mercenaries?
In other words, great job Pandemic Studios for putting us in the shoes of the mercenary rather than the obviously boring, and mundane role of the person who hires the mercenary.

I swear up and down, and my wife agrees, that this melody is not original. Don’t get me wrong, I FREAKING LOVE THIS JINGLE, I just know that I have heard something similar before.
I think I’ve heard something like it before also, Maclizard. But the song is fun, almost like making fun of a rap song, puting it to midwest-folk tunes, with explosions and mahem. I love it.

OK here it is I did my fair of searching for the song my self and I found it on the mercenaries 2 website ea.com I downloaded the song there is a link there to do so. It is only 30 seconds long though. also I have uploaded it to phonezoo.com and made it my ringtone so if you would like it also on your phone you may get it for free there.
There was a band in the early 90’s that remade a bunch of gangsta rap songs. I think this was one of them. Funny stuff. I’ve looked for an hour. A friend back then had this album. Who the hell is it? Anyone???

The song can be picked up on Limewire or just about any other place on the internet. It’s 2:53 long. Any longer or shorter and you’re not getting the right one.
Also, The whole song is unbelievably funny.

Just an interested fan, did some research and found “Oh no you didn’t” to be by The Trashman Band (at least from what I’ve found). Apparently they were hired to make the song for the commercial. You can probably find the whole song by going to google and performing a search of the name of the song. That is how I found it, the whole song, it’s great you’ll love it.
