Nyko to Release Perfect Shot and Net Connect for the Wii

You know how a lot of anti-video game people have been saying the new Wii Zapper looks too much like a gun, even though it looks more like some bread rolls stuck together with toothpicks and painted white? Well, now they might actually have something worthy of complaining about. Nyko has announced that they will soon be releasing the “Perfect Shot,” which has been modeled to look like an actual toy handgun, right down to the detailing. You just slide a Wii-mote into it, connect the Nunchuk at the base of the grip, and you’re good to go. Nyko has also announced the “Net Connect” which is basically the same as the LAN adapter already out from Nintendo, which allows a wired internet connection to the Wii.

Actually, that Perfect Shot looks a lot more fun to use than the Zapper. Still, I’m waiting for someone on the anti-video game side of things to jump all over it.
