Last week, I reported Nintendo of America’s sales and marketing division will be relocated from Redmond, Washington to new offices in San Fransisco and New York. At that time it was estimated the opening NoA’s two new offices caused the exodus of 90% of NoA’s sales and marketing team.

The latest word from Gamasutra is NoA’s President Reggie Fils-Aime has announced that closer to 60% of the sales staff have opted not to make the move.

“Virtually all of the employees affected by the relocation plan have now responded with their decisions, and approximately four of every ten have agreed to make the move to either New York or the Bay Area, in keeping with our original expectations.

At this time, it’s still unclear whether Nintendo Senior Executives George Harrison, Perrin Kaplan and Beth Llewelyn will remain with the company.
