Tomb Raider Anniversary Wii Vignette 1

There’s a new video up showing some of the gameplay for the upcoming Wii version of Tomb Raider Anniversary. The video supposedly highlight one of the new features, the flashlight, but its only shown for a few seconds near the end. Most of the video shows Lara swinging and jumping her way through some ruins. I don’t know exactly how well the game would control on the Wii though. It seems like it would just make it easier to make “an unscheduled trip to jagged rocks country” (see Zero Punctuation review).

I don’t know, that doesn’t look too bad. As long as this is offered in the $29.99 area like the cube installment was, I think it will be a “buy”.

  2. reviewer11 says:

Disappointing, very stiff and jerky.. expect the flow to be better than what you would see on a PS1…. this video makes it look as though it was rushed to market, not given time to bake as it should have been.

  3. Dur says:

It’s jerky because everything is shaking in that section — the temple is collapsing.

Unless you are talking about something else, in which case I don’t know how you can judge the graphics when everything is shaking.
