New Trailer for Sonic Riders: Zero Gravity

Sonic is returning for the umpteenth time, now on a hoverboard once again, with Sonic Riders: Zero Gravity. This time, he and his companions will have several different vehicles to choose from as they race around on new tracks, searching for alternate routes and collecting speed boosts. The game should be out early next year for the PS2 and Wii.
Seriously, how many more games is the blue hedgehog going to be in? He’s on every console, doing everything from playing tennis to beating up Mario and Solid Snake. What’s next? A cameo in GTA IV? Actually that’d be pretty awesome. Get on it, Sega.
They should stop releasing Sonic games and focus on making one that isn’t so *^”(!!+$()!%). I don’t understand; Secret Rings was one of the best Sonic games in ages (since Adventure) and they’re going back to a stupid hoverboard racer? What’s the point?! If they keep killing the IP, they’ll not be able to milk it later. A bad game in a series is alright every so often, if to appeal to the casual market and get them interested in the IP, but THIS is killing Sonic…also, Shadow the Hedgehog.

The surreal backgrounds and bright neon settings look great but the more industrial , realistic backgrounds are very jarring against the toons. I hope Sega isn’t planning to use those a lot because they just really clash.

industrial backgrounds are what Sonic is all about.
I LOVED Sonic Riders! It was the best game I ever got! Especially including NiGHTS…he’s teh hawt….XD Anyways, I hope SEGA makes a NiGHTS game for the DS, that’d be awesome!!! (Can’t get a Wii becuase of her grades and possibly not for Christmas. Besides, I asked for a Gamecube a while back, and I got an XBOX instead!!!D
Lol, wish I could download that song….. Anyway, I’ve seen the cast of characters that will be in the game. the extra (Non-Sonic, but from Sega) characters are the following:
-Monkeyball
-NiGHTS (someone, yay you!)
-Billy Hatchers (I can’t wait for this dude)
and the characters from last game from Sonic Series. There will be more, and I’ll keep you all posted.
