stranglehold New Stranglehold DLC Now Available

Fans of Stranglehold have a new reason to pop the game back into their Xbox 360 (and soon PS3) with the release of a new downloadable map pack. For 1200 Microsoft Points (a hefty $15), you’ll get a ton of content – 10 new maps and 21 new character skins, and those of you playing on 360 will be treated to 10 new achievements totaling 250 Gamerscore points. Doesn’t sound like a bad deal, but $15 is a lot any way you slice it.

Still, for Stranglehold fans, it certainly looks like this could add a lot more to the game’s multiplayer. The ten levels are pretty diverse in terms of their settings at very least, but don’t take my word for it – we’ve got a trailer for you here at FileFront. It’s behind an age gate, so click here and get a little video preview of what to expect if you pick up the map pack.
