New Spore Trailer Explores the Cell Phase

EA has released a new trailer for the highly anticipated Spore. This new video highlights the very beginning of your creature’s evolutionary life, called the “Cell Phase.” Gameplay producer, Matt Powers, describes how this is meant to be a very simple, straightforward introduction to the world of Spore. As a tiny organism, your main goals are just to eat, avoid predators, and eventually make your way onto land. It’s kind of like flOw, but with more cartoonish visuals. I mostly keep thinking though that it’s pretty amazing how that’s just the tip of the iceberg really.
