New Screenshots of El Fuerte from Street Fighter IV Raises Several Questions

Capcom has unveiled a few new screenshots showing “El Fuerte,” the lucha libre fighter from the upcoming Street Fighter IV in action. As I was perusing these images though, a few questions came to mind. For instance, why is he holding a frying pan in one screen? Why is he standing on Zangief’s shoulders and posing like some circus act? Why is he fighting on an air strip in Africa, from the looks of it? And more importantly, did we really need a Mexican wrestler added to the series? There’s something wrong when a character looks more ridiculous than the hairy, bare-chested Soviet he’s fighting.
