Mushroom Men Music Trailer (HD)

For those of you who may be unfamiliar with the term, “found music” is essentially music created by putting together sounds that weren’t intended to be put together into songs (i.e. not from actual instruments). Apparently, the whole soundtrack to Red Fly’s upcoming Wii title, Mushroom Men: The Spore Wars, was put together this way to match the feel of a tiny creature exploring the world. The video mostly has Matt Piersall, president of game audio company, Gl33k, explaining the process behind creating the game’s music and how it was all timed up to specific environments. It seems the perfect addition to an oddball game like this (which Shawn had nice things to say about after he viewed it at E3).
