		<description>I live in NM and this pisses me off to no end.  I both game and go to stater parks, but don&#039;t go to state parks everyday.  What really pisses me off the most is the fact that NM is selling off one of my favorite state parks, chaco canyon, to haliburton so they can drill it.  If this tax would save chaco, I&#039;d be in favor of it, but it won&#039;t.  Who knows if the parks will ever see any of this money at all.</description>

		<description>As the resident environmental scientist..i&#039;ll bite. I think that the funding for these outdoor educational programs has to come from some sort of tax, though not nearly 1%. A sort of luxury tax i think is a more fitting title than sin tax. But like i said 1% would be a great sum, especially if carried out over all those purchases. Had they tried something more reasonable than .25 or .5 % they might have faired better.</description>
