Heroes of Mana for the Nintendo DS was released by Square Enix in Japan back in March and is expected to hit shelves in the U.S. on August 14th.This real-time strategy RPG developed by Brownie Brown takes place 19 years before the last installment of the Mana series, and features a few returning characters as well as a new cast of heroes. Command your army, plot and plan strategies, control creatures and rabites with the touch screen – which produces a new perspective game-wise to the series and join up with friends using multiplayer mode. Players can also use the Wi-Fi to check on their rankings and download new maps and missions.
