New Guild Wars 2 FAQ Pushes Beta Testing into 2009

According to the new Guild Wars 2 FAQ, the game won’t be ready for beta testing this year. ArenaNet and NCsoft have offered an explaination for the change in plans.
Although we publically alpha- and beta-tested the original Guild Wars while it was still in early development, with Guild Wars 2 we will commence beta testing closer to the game’s release. With that in mind, we will not start beta testing in 2008 as we had originally planned. Guild Wars 2 is a very large and ambitious game, and Guild Wars players rightfully have very high expectations of its quality. We want players to be absolutely blown away by the game the first time they experience it.

That’s too bad, I’ve been looking forward to trying the game out for a while now. I had some good times with the first Guild Wars.

i cant wait 4 this 2 come out
its going 2 be so cool i like the 1st guild wars but this 1 sounds so much better 2 bad we will have 2 wait longer 2 try it out

start a new character and pickup your weapon
log out and login
log out and logon then keep doing that till your satisfyied.
p.s this only works on factions
Maybe they have some more bugs to kick out of the mmo guys
this mmo is my backup for when AoC goes down on Thursdays
