NAMCO BANDAI announced today that NARUTO: Ultimate Ninja 3 will be available in March 2008 exclusively for the PS2. Based on the popular animated sensation NARUTO, this action fighter includes new features, enhancements and customization options. Battle through 20 stages using more than 40 of the most loved and feared characters from the animation series and unleash the hidden chakra from within.
In NARUTO: Ultimate Ninja 3, players can be a part of all the major events that defined “Story Arc 1″ in Heroes History mode. Also, ninja-in-training can customize their characters with the “Ultimate Jutsu” which gives them that extra bit of edge during battle and allows them to earn points towards upgrading their strength, defense, chakra, agility and other special abilities. Turn playable characters into more powerful ninja of unprecedented size or summon giant creatures as allies with the new “Summoning” mode. In addition, NARUTO fans throughout North America can experience the game in both English and original Japanese voice over.
In keeping with the tradition of the series, an exclusive and original story will have players exploring the 3D rendered Hidden Leaf Village, participating in battle matches and completing more than 55 missions.an includes tons of unlockable content including movies, music and cards.

i cant wait to play this game..i heard it will have 44 characters ( in the japan naruto ultimate ninja 3 it had 42 ).
Dude some guy said that for the North American version their taking out Nine-tailed Naruto,and Curse mark lvl:2 Sasuke!WHY!But other than that I am SO!!! Buying this game it comes out March 1,2008.OH YEAH!Jeez if the graphics look nice on the Jap.version just think how grrrreat!it’ll be for ours.I have got to play it,and in either late 2008,or early 2009 they’ll bring out Naruto Shippuden Accel!

I know the cheat code to get all CHARECTERS but the 2 charecters you have to unlock by youself. Im not telling you the cheat code
welllssss..i think that ish dumb to put them as seperate characters…i think their not going to make a little picture like all of the other characters but its like when you press select over the person and they change to the curse mark or watever up graded version thingy……….soo yeah………

44 playable characters 
and a few extra (like all of the CS2 characters).

when will they release the english box art for Ultimate Ninja 3?
the cover realese date is jan 13 08. the english version will not have the following 2 characters: hanabi hyuga and yondaim(the fourth hokage)

all characters cheat code hold R1 and R2 square,trianle,square, triangle then start hold L1 L2 and press right up right up, and press R3 L3 at the same time. do not let go of R1 R2 when u have to hold L1 L2. hope it helped!

yes you can be 1 tailed naruto curse seal lvl 2 sasuke curse seal lvl 2 tayua curse seal lvl 2 kiddomaru curse seal lvl 2 sakon curse seal lvl 2 jirobo and curse seal lvl 2 kimimaru. butterfly chouji half shukaku gaara, and shodai nindan sarotobi tsunadai and they might put in yondaime. yondaime is not verified for the US version it could be a japan special. in ultimate ninja 2 Dosu was a specail character for only the japan verson: narutimate hero 2!
You will be able to play the fourth hokage and hinata. chracters will have up tp 1-6 moves and the ogas are separated you also have to have to do a certain ogas. you have the option to chose moves befor batlle and naruto:naruto shippuden accel 2 might have a three or four tail battle.

there will not be any shippuuden charatcers. if there were going to be shippuuden characters then it would be naruto shippuuden narutimate accel. but this is ultimate ninja

you are all wrong.. naruto ultimate ninja 3 will have the fourth hokage and hinabi that fact is really simple.the japanese verzion has 42 characters since you only activate the kyuubi naruto or curse mark level 2 for sasuke by doing the ougis,and the two thing that they are uploading is that naruto ultimate ninja 3 is that you can choose the japanese languege or the english. all the did is put in the launguge selection soooooooooo dont be sad thinking that the fourth and hinabi are not going to be there because they are.
the english verzion is not out soo keep your hopes up????

i spend 2 years searching for information so i am proabably right..i am only getting naruto ultimate ninja 3 because i bet the hole japanese version narutimate hero 3. i just finish getting narutimate accel 1 and two wich is the shippuuden version (older version when they grow)i got so desspret and i preorder it.it was imported.narutimate accel1 from ebay and narutimate accel 2 imported from japan send by my aunt who went to iraq and she past buy and orderd it and send it to me……..she does not have access to this web site but she s about to be 30 in 4 month and she is a naruto fan.
wow i like this game but i wonder if it have the fourth hokage rest 2 characters for i open but is dificult to now how to open i now they are the first and the second hokage one of yours can give a help?

1. Naruto was cool, back when the only way you could obtain it was by downloading fansubs.
2. All the naruto video games are subpar as video games. The Dragon Ball Z games are better, and for an action based anime, that is actually better than Dragon Ball Z, that really is disappointing for the video games.
the fourth hokage is not in the game. it is the yellow flash. he is not the fourth hokage yet in the game.
