My Thoughts On ‘Overlord’ (PC)

I had a chance this week to check out ‘Overlord’ on the PC and was pleasantly surprised. I wasn’t really expecting much with this game and it turned out to be a pretty good buy.
The Good:
- Â The story is great
- The price isn’t bad on PC
- Great A.I.
- Good Graphics
The Bad:
- It only takes about 14 hours of game-play to beat
- Controls are terrible
- Too much backtracking
I’d say all in all, I’d give the game somewhere in the ball park of a 65/100 points. It was better than I expected and probably what I would consider an “average game”. I probably wouldn’t spend $60 on the console version if you can go the PC route.
