Mutant Storm Empire on Arcade Next Week

We don’t even have this week’s Xbox Live Arcades games available yet and we already know about a game that will be coming next week. The sequel to Mutant Storm Reloaded, Mutant Storm Empire, will be released next Wednesday, October 31 for 800 Microsoft Points ($10). PomPom, the company behind Mutant Storm, revealed the news to Eurogamer.
Mutant Storm Reloaded was one of the better XBLA games when the Xbox 360 first launched. I actually liked it more than Geometry Wars at first, and while that didn’t last, it goes to show you something.
Empire is a dual stick shooter just as its predecessor was and the main game will be level based again, except you’ll actually have to navigate through levels, as opposed to being put in a static shape filled with enemies as in Reloaded.
On XBLA or PSP? Because that Screenshot looks like it came off a PSP.
