More Rock Band downloadable tracks have surfaced over on ScoreHero and they are pretty decent tracks considering what has already been announced (with the exception of Metallica – whoo hoo!). An addition 24 songs will be available from 17 different artists and this is on top of what has already been announced. I have listed the new content along with the previously announced DLC below- and in case you are wondering, as of this post we only have 10 days, 11 hours and 24 minutes until Rock Band hits stores.

The Who pack:

  • WHOS NEXT (entire album)

The Grateful Dead pack:

  • “Truckin’”
  • “Uncle John’s Band”
  • “Touch of Grey”
  • “Sugar Magnolia”
  • “Casey Jones”
  • more to be announced

Nirvana pack:

  • NEVERMIND (entire album)

The Police pack:

  • “Roxanne”
  • “Synchronicity II”
  • “Can’t Stand Losing You”

MORE AFTER THE BREAK

Queens of the Stone Age pack:

  • “3s and 7s”
  • “Sick Sick Sick”
  • “Little Sister”

Metallica pack:

* Three or six songs, from ONE- none announced yet

Black Sabbath pack:

  • “N.I.B.” (cover)
  • “Sweet Leaf” (cover)
  • “War Pigs” (cover)

David Bowie pack:

  • “Moonage Dream”
  • “Heroes”
  • “Queen Bitch”

Punk pack:

  • “Ever Fallen in Love” by Buzzcocks (cover)
  • “I Fought the Law” by The Clash
  • “Rockaway Beach” by The Ramones

Single Songs:

  • “Fortunate Son” by Credence Clearwater Revival
  • “Juke Box Hero” by Foreigner
  • “My Sharona” by The Knack
  • “Cherry Bomb” by The Runaways
  • “Bang a Gong” by T-Rex
  • “Joker and the Thief” by Wolfmother
  • “Brass in a Pocket” by Pretenders
  • “My Iron Lung” by Radiohead
  • “Buddy Holly” by Weezer

Pretty impressive list there, especially the Black Sabbath list – I only wish that they were not covers. What would have been pretty cool (in my opinion) was if Godsmack were to have their version of “Sweet Leaf” on here instead of a cover of Black Sabbath’s version. It totally rocks. But, “Synchronicity II” is pretty cool too though, and being that Andy Summers is an awesome guitarist, it should be a pretty hard song to play no matter what level you are playing it on.
