goldeneyebox1 Microsoft Shoots Down XBLA Goldeneye Rumors...AgainRemember those rumors last week from Xbox World 360 that indicated they had some exciting new info about an XBLA version of Goldeneye? Well, you might as well forget right now, cause Microsoft has just shot down that rumor for about the tenth time.

“The story in Xbox World 360 is based entirely on rumour and speculation,” said a spokesperson for Microsoft Games Studios. “Unfortunately, we were never contacted by the publication to confirm information or participate in the story in any way, as we would have confirmed that we do not have the necessary rights to release GoldenEye on Xbox Live Arcade.”

Tune in next week when we hear another rumor about Goldeneye coming to the XBLA. And then tune in the following week when that rumor gets killed yet again.

This will just keep happening until the involved parties come to the realisation that a truck load of money is to be made and finally come to some sort of financial/creative agreement. Then the Earth will explode and the elephants will fly to Mars to repopulate.

haha yea, i bet they could charge 20$ for it and it would still sell like crazy
