That seals it, MS will announce exiting the console market due to the HD DVD debacle and Sony taking 2nd place in the console war. Leave the consoles up to the pros M$, and go away.

With overheating issues, I’m not sure if I’d want any kind of high definition player inside my 360. I’ve never been one to use consoles to watch movies anyway. I use my consoles to play games and my DVD payers, etc to watch movies. It’s really cheaper in the long-run to avoid running your systems into the ground with movie watching.
