oh and sorry keeping with the subject of lawsuits its a joke there must be something wrong with the us law if they even bother to entertain this lawsuit it wont make a diffrance because as i said microsoft will compensate everyone with out any questions.

yeah yeah what ever snake its not only lives fult i work for virgin media broadband tec department.
and there has been a massive massive demand before and after christmas for broadband services,

this in turn caused a massive knock on effect with virgin also having problems with bb service.
xbox live is a fantastic service that is the best in the world there is no gaming network in the world that is close to live.

but i will admit im massively pi**ed off myself but between us at virgin and microsoft xbox live and most likely many other bb providers we have caused a massive knock on effect.

(as service providers we should be working closely with gaming networks to make sure we have servers and back up servers ready for high demand).

but dont worry to much microsoft will never fail and will work it out virgin media is already rolling out its new 50meg ultrafast bb service.
and next year will show true gaming heaven and its going to be a good year for microsoft i would never even think about buying a ps3 under rated machine with not as fun network.(and no games lol)

and im not a xbox fanboy i have the latest quad core gaming pc but the 360 is the ultimate gaming machine all i can say is well done microsoft even though im cheesed of i still rate you as the best and i know your do right by your customers.

after all i watched 300 in hd for 100 points and it was worth 6x that brillant.

what sucks is the free game they will give is probably something I already paid for which has been the case with every Microsoft giveaway in the past. They do owe consumers an apology and something special. Personally, I believe they simply need to pro-rate the fees for anyone who experienced trouble and give out refunds. That’s the only thing that makes sense. I hope this lawsuit doesn’t go anywhere, because it’s obviously some individuals trying to get rich.
