Because it’s worth alot of money and think about it if he has another perfectly good console he’s probably not going to want to risk say it getting damanged or the ink wiped or smudged, he may have siblings or yound children in the house which may affect it and also it’s better on a plynth than in your living room!

Do you know the meanings of the words you’ve written? For a start, he wasn’t whiny because he reported horrific service. As a paying customer, he has every right under the sun to report this. Next, rewarded? Let’s see where he was rewarded in all of this for suffering from bad service; expensive equipment broken, sent in for repairs, preventing him from use of it for some time. The sentimental value (which I believe in America IS taken into account in a court of law) of this UNIQUE console was destroyed due to lack of satisfactory communication within a company provided with multiple warnings.

Why are you telling him that he should not use it? If you pay for X amount of anything, you should be able to use it. These signatures have absolutely no effect on the running of the console, so he should be able to play it. The sentimentality of this is that the console WAS used AND was ALSO maintained in this manner.

I really think some people need to get it through their narrow sight that what they’re writing doesn’t make any sense whatsoever and that thinking about this before writing/typing will reduce your perceived stupidity. I’m sorry, but, c’mon.
