At this point in time, it’s really not a level playing field." really? thats a Spin? I mean MS is stating fact, and you make it sound like a spin. "Me: That’s what a larger install base will do for you. The lack of including the PlayStation 2’s games is a bit deceptive, and the same could even be said for the PlayStation Portable and DS. Admittedly so, they did say “for this generation." Well you answered your own question, For this generation, this is a battle for the "Next Gen Spot" not anything we make money on. I mean if thats the case, let MS add in numbers from all there departments. As for the second poster "Fact" PS2 keeps outselling the PS3 week after week, month after month, and Nintendo is bending everyone over, soon to rule the world, well until after Mario Kart comes out, then they have nothing. lol I found this to be a fanboy biased rant more then anything.

Every major corporation does it. They all have accountants who are paid big money to present statistics to the public in the most favorable way. They remind me of the HD-DVD group who keep responding to bad news by quoting deliberately misleading attach rate figures lol.
