Megaman: Now with Nazis!

As is the cool thing to do these days, someone took scenes from a Japanese movie (Casshern) and put it to rock music; in this case, The Protomen. The Protomen are a heavy metal group who recently composed a rock opera based on the Mega Man series.

This fan-made video was accompanied with the comment, “the visual style of the film could serve as a blue print for a live action film based on Mega Man.” The person who made this video probably drew that conclusion because, much like the Blue Bomber, the character in this video has a blue costume, fights evil robots, and… runs down the side of buildings? Wait, did he just rip that one robot’s guts out? Do robots even have guts? And what’s with all the Nazi imagery? And the dude in the red cloak… is that supposed to be Dr. Wily? Why does he look like a white-haired J-pop star? I’m just confused now. I need to lie down.
