Master Chief, Etch-A-Sketch Style

Major game releases seem to spark the creativity of people, which often manifests in some interesting ways. For example, this Etch-A-Sketch portrait of Master Chief. A least this isn’t a one-time thing for the guy calling himself “The Etch-A-Sketchist.” He’s done a lot of pictures before of different pop culture icons, like Kanye West and Superbad.

I’m sorry but that’s shopped, since when can you shade your color like that? Look at his Right foot ( we see it on the left side), you’re telling me that was one in one continuous line?
I accept your apology Peter, but it wasn’t shopped. I’m curious, why do you go accusing me of fraud instead of simply asking me how I get shading? It’s actually quite easy, you just pop the Etch-a-Sketch gently and the dust greys out your blacks, then you go back and do your outlines and shadows. It’s really quite easy. Go to my site and check out my Che Guevara to see when I discover the technique. While you’re there you can see my version of Photoshop which I made just for people like you.
