Actually on in NA did the 360 beat the PS3.

I don’t think NPD sales include anywhere outside NA. Nintendo produces about 1.2+ million wii’s a month and about 700,000 of those goto NA territories I believe.

In the uk where MS slashed the 360 price by 50 pounds ($100 ish) it doubled in sales and still did NOT sell more than the PS3.

And of course we don’t need the figures to know how the 360 faired in Japan.

Now if only Nintendo would give us Mario Kart already and rockstar would give me a personal copy of GTA4

So we could have titled this, “The Wii kicks everyone’s ass.” Sometimes I amaze even myself.

Too bad PS3 (aka glorified Blu-Ray player) fans. Apparently winning the format war didn’t help much since the 360 still beat ya in sales.
