Manticore Returns to City of Heroes

City of Heroes/City of Villain’s prodigal son Sean Fish… aka Manticore has returned to the fold. Now that CoH is fully under NCsoft’s control Manticore will once again be able have more involvement with the development process. Players are encouraged to offer ideas and suggests for new content to this consummate storyteller.
