It appears we will simply have to hope and pray that Activision’s new Bond game, scheduled to be released this year, will have some of the great qualities of the original(goldeneye 007) along with online multiplayer. I’d settle for a generic looking James Bond in a tux, if they could get the approval to use some of the classic enemies, Blofeld, Goldfinger, Trevelyn, Jaws, etc. EA really screwed the franchise over the past 5 years, here’s to the future.

Yeah this games was one of the best they seriously need to bring it back. This would be the perfect game to put the on xbox live arcade just because its a fps. That is pretty much a handful of the games on the xbox. Us gamers are practically waiting for it.

It’s too bad this has gone this way, I mean think about the perfect market to release GoldenEye on, 360 happy online shooters that’s for sure. The best part in the game was 4 player multiplayer and that was split screen on a 12 inch TV! haha Yea I really wish that companies could get along. Make the Wii60 and GoldenEye or split the profits, shit you’ll make tons for sure.

Why the hell do you guys think for a second that a petition signed by 360 fans will persuade Nintendo to allow the game? YOU WILL NEVER SEE THIS HAPPEN. It astounds me that anyone could be dense enough to think this will do anything at all. I don’t know if Nintendo needs permission from Rare to make the game on wii or DS but if they do then GoldenEye simply will never get remade. So keep signing your pointless petitions

too bad, Goldeneye is a classic, anyone that talks on the N64 days, Goldeneye is one of their favs. That golden gun is great.

I would think if Nintendo cannot come to an agreement with Moneysoft on this, they will release it themselves on the Wii, im not sure if they already have done this or will. I dont Dl virtural console games on my Wii. but ya id sign that petition to release it on the 360, it would be a hit.
