Make Your Own PSP Themes: A(nother) Convenient How-To

A few weeks ago, Noel Silvia posted a guide to creating your very own PlayStation 3 themes. The next step is obviously a guide to making themes for PSP, which is precisely what was posted on PlayStation.Blog today.
Once again, you’ll need to download some files to make it happen, as well as some patience. Some Photoshop skills (which I know the ladies are big fans of) wouldn’t hurt either, so between that and patience, it simply isn’t going to happen for me.
