North Jersey Media Group has a write up about the Major League Gaming Pro competition at Meadowlands Exposition Center. Top gamers will be competing on the Xbox console games Gears of War, Rainbow Six Las Vegas and Halo 2. The event is one of six MLG competitions nationwide where professional gamers take on top amateurs. Prizes start at $160 and peak at $20000.

Spectators get in for free and can demo the game for a chance to play the professionals. One of the competitors will be Lil’ Poison, a nine year old featured earlier this week. He won’t be the youngest player there. A five year old amateur will also be competing.

The Event starts today and will run until Sunday. Good luck to all and see you at the Championships.
