The announcement that Microsoft will begin delisting some Xbox Live Arcade games didn’t surprise just us; developer Load Inc., the developer of Mad Tracks, was surprised by the news like everyone else. And while they didn’t have any advance notice of the change, they don’t feel it makes any difference to them.
Load Inc. business developer Denis Bourdain told Xbox 360 Fanboy, “It was news to us, but doesn’t make a lot of difference knowing we work on titles for a full year, so a few weeks will not tip the scale. Microsoft has a much broader view of the Xbox Live Arcade market than any other studio or publisher. We trusted them back in 2005 to enter the Xbox 360 development circus, we trust them now.”
Microsoft hasn’t contacted Load Inc. about delisting Mad Tracks, which fulfills two of the three requirements for delisting. Bourdain says the game has a “much higher” conversation rate than 6%, so if Microsoft is true to its word, the game should be fine.

What 6.7% ?
It’s actually 6.0374%. Duh.
