LittleBigPlanet to Lip-Sync Voice Chat

I didn’t think I could possibly be any more excited about LittleBigPlanet. But then a sidebar in Edge goes and takes thing up another notch when they revealed that Media Molecule is planning on syncing voice chat with characters’ lips. In other words, the characters’ mouths will move in a similar fashion to your own as you gab it up with your teammates. How sweet is that?
It’s possible the feature won’t make it in time for launch, but is something the developer wants to get into the game eventually. Another potential feature is an option for different voice filters. That way, you can match up your voice with your silly little sackboy/girl character to sound truly authentic.

This is actually already in Rainbow Six: Vegas.
Actually, I think in Rainbow Six your character’s mouth simply opens and does not sync up with what your actually saying. I think this is actually a first in online games.
it was in half-life, a 1998 videogame and counter-strike. there’s nothing new here. Welcome back to the 20th century
1. this is garrys mod for ps3
2. this is one great game that could redeem purchasing a ps3.
@ SanityMask, where in the article or anywhere for that matter did they imply that they are the first to do this and that it is ground breaking, your reaction is fairly obtuse. Same to you xXGraveXx.
Geez, you fanboys are gay, straight up homo’s
@interweb it’s not a new feature. it’s not a bad feature, I never said it was bad, it’s just ranking up to ordinary, a.k.a not new worthy.
your negative feedback and gay raving shows what little maturity you have, and at the same time, since my post didn’t inspire fanboy-ism(it was an example douche) I’m gonna have to guess that you’re the fanboy, the one who cannot take any criticism on his game, the best one that will ever be released.
actually SanityMask, the feature was unknown relative to this game and thus, NEW, so take your fanboy dribbel elsewhere.
