Limited Edition Simpsons Xbox 360 Going For Over $4000.00 On EBay

As soon as this item went for auction, I realized it would bring in a nice price, but I would have never imagined it going over $4000.00. There’s still about 23 hours left on the auction, so it could end up selling for much more. I’d love to have this particular limited 360 myself, but I’m not feeling generous enough to drop over 4 grand into a game system. I am a little surprised it would go this high opened as well. You are bidding on one of only 100 Simpsons-themed XBox 360s in creation. This bundle comes with the Xbox console, Harddrive, wireless controller, Xbox live ready, component HD AV Cable, ethernet connectivity cable, and headset. This was won on MTV’s TRL and so the package was opened upon receipt. Bundle comes with limited warranty.
YA i can see this, i have a few friends that are simpsons nuts. but for that price i dont care if its 24 carot gold, not worth that price to me, for $4000, i can get something with a engine and two or four tires.
However who ever buys this better keep it and not use it, for that price its a collectors item to me. I think my original Xbox 360 is more fun played and used, and it only cost me $499 cdn. Saaaameee thing! any one can get a decal kit and spiff up their xbox.
In my oppinion Microsoft should have made this a common release like the Halo 3 360, i know the simpsons one would sell like hot cakes, well too bad if there is only 100, will there me a second edition release to the public? M$ would like that i bet.

couldn’t u buy an x360 premium for 400 and then take it to a custom paint job and do that paint job for 100 bucks?
