Sirerra Entertainment and Team 17 have put the rumors to rest regarding a new Leisure Suit Larry game by announcing Leisure Suit Larry Box Office Bust for the PC, PS3, Xbox 360, and mobile phones. In this 3rd person adventure game, Larry takes a summer job working on his uncle Larry’s movie lot doing odd jobs and trying to uncover a mole from another studio who threatens to air the studio’s dirty laundry in the tabloids.
Leisure Suit Larry Box Office Bust is an innuendo-laden lampoon of Hollywood that features open world sand box game play that includes exploration, platforming, racing and puzzle-solving to complete missions. Additionally, the game will feature an all-new Directors Game that allows the player to create their very own “Larry Feature.”
The game will feature the usual expected sophomoric comedy from gamings favorite pervert, along with a cast of actors and actresses, including Jay Mohr, Dave Attell, Shannon Elizabeth, Carmen Electra, Artie Lange, Patrick Warburton, Jeffrey Tambor (hilarious!), Nikki Cox, Peter Graves, Jane Lynch and Josh Keaton as the voice of Larry Loveage.
Scripted by Allen Covert (Happy Madison Productions), Leisure Suit Larry Box Office Bust will be rated “M” for Mature, of course, and Vivendi Games Mobile will be in charge of the mobile version of the game throughout Europe and North America. The teaser trailer for Leisure Suit Larry Box Office Bust will exclusively premiere Friday, February 15 both on-air on Spike TV and other ComedyCentral websites. Expect the game to hit shelves this Fall.

I hope they learned from their previous mistake… basically, Magna Cum Lauda. I love T&A in games, but the thing about the previous Leisure Suit Larry games is that they had a great sense of humor and challenging puzzles.
Please don't be a Magna Cum Lauda II.

I sure hope this is better than that last Larry game for the Xbox. I really liked the old Larry games for he PC, but the Magna Cum Laude game was just awful.
