Kudo Tsunoda Leaves EA to Join Microsoft

Kudo Tsunoda has decided to part ways with Electronic Arts and has moved to the Xbox division at Microsoft. This new position for Tsunoda will reunite him with his former EA Vancouver colleague Don Mattrick, who runs the Entertainment and Devices Division at Microsoft, and John Schappert the former VP of Worldwide Studios for EA.
Tsunoda will now be reporting directly to Mattrick as the general manager, which is part of Mattrick’s reorganization of the Xbox division, and not only will Tsunoda be GM, he is also the new project lead on the upcoming Gears of War title.
So, all EA employees take note: If you get fired or just want a change of pace, you can always get a job at Microsoft.
