Circle of Eight is one of my favorite groups, simply because they refuse to let ToEE die. The game had so much potential until Troika died out. Luckily, this community was ready and willing to step in and provide excellent patch support.

Remember, it also needs a serial number so hope you can find your manual as well.. I can’t reinstall it because I can;t find the Serial Number anywhere anymore.. sigh.

Thanks for the advice, I think I will. I’ll have to go see if I can find my copy and reinstall it. I’m sure its buried in my closet somewhere.

@turkleton – You really should check into Circle of Eight’s work on the ToEE. They completely reworked the game exterminating bugs and adding back in key elements from the original AD&D module. For example the children.

I’m really looking forward to see what they’ve done with KotB.

ToEE was a FANTASTIC game with some major bugginess. Fortunately, i only noticed a few issues. I loved it and would buy a sequel immediately. I remember hearing about the circle of 8 guys back in the day and how they were issuing patches and stuff, but I had no idea this was still going on. I hope it works out.
