Jeffrey Steefle Preps Players for LotRO Book 11

The Executive Producer of Lord of the Rings Online: Shadows of Angmar Jeffrey Steefle, recently took time out of preparations for the launch of Book 11 to speak with MMORPG.
Most of the interview is about housing. The basic information has been covered before, but Steefle offers insight on choosing neighborhoods, purchasing, and maintaining housing (i.e. paying rent). I guess that’s one way to keep the servers from getting too cluttered with unused housing. He also clears up confusion on how many houses a player can own, although not completely. Steefle states that players can have a house for each shard (server). However it’s not clear whether all the characters on that shard will have access to the house.
