Wasn't Fallout 1 & 2 Great because of Black Isle? Interplay are the publisher not the developer, all the black isle talent left long ago. Personaly If a Publisher has had that much trouble staying out of debt I don't think making an mmo (most expensive computer game project there is) would be a smart move....and the people who would invest money in it would be even less smart.
