Not exactly something huge, but there’s an interesting bit about “indie games” at InsideBayArea.com.
It’s an interesting situation with indie games, and the article makes an interesting analogy to the film industry and “indie films.” Getting financial backing for your project when you don’t have many connections is the most challenging goal for any fledgling production company, and sometimes changing what you had in mind for your game or film may be completely necessary to fit in to what somebody with money has in mind for you.
In any event, Alien Hominid HD is one of the featured games profiled. Is anyone in love with it?
