The translation from video game to film is an undeniably shaky one. With gaming in general becoming more and more mainstream, it seems that film studios are buying up the rights to every popular title. Hopefully, a faithful adaptation of a gaming franchise will make to the big screen. Until then, we are left with just speculation. So the obvious question is, who would we pick to act as our beloved game heroes? Here’s what I came up with:

Anthony Hopkins as Andrew Ryan… definitely. he’d play a very good idealist-gone-mad-with-power.
Solid Snake could only be played by Kurt Russel, just slap on a mustache and everything is perfect.
what about the kingdom hearts actors, sora is Haley Joel Osment known for being in The Sixth Sense, Kairi is Hayden Panettiere known for being in heroes and other things, then all the disney stars like james woods- haydes, uh roxas is some famous disney star, genie is the homer simpson dude there are quite a few big ones in there
Nice list, especially Sam Fisher and Gordon Freeman. Although Bruce Willis would also fit into Sams skin imho.
