Human Tetris Gets in Your Head

Okay, maybe not so much the video itself, which is actually very cool, but after the first 30 seconds of this video I highly suggest that you turn the sound down. The insistent “bum bum bum bum bum” that you hear the guy doing will eventually either enrage you or drive you to the point of insanity. Granted, it does not get in your head like the music from the original game, but it is still feels like a cerebral assault on your person.
Played by real human-beings sitting in an auditorium, this Tetris video is the 4th video performance of the GAME OVER Project, directed by the Swiss artist Guillaume Reymond . This stop-motion video was shot and played for “Les Urbaines” festival in Lausanne, Switzerland on November 24th 2007. You can find also videos created by GAME OVER on their website such as Space Invaders, Pong, and Pole Position. These videos come highly recommended as they are both creative and a great homage to retro video games in general.

Completely amazing. I’m going straight away to check out those other vids.
Of course, they just need to capture sprites from those people, and everyone could enjoy it.
