It's located in C:/Program Files/ if you installed it to the default folder. Once you've done that, run the ps3.exe file. Use Control Panel, game controllers (or in Vista/7, Control Panel, Devices) to calibrate the sticks before use. You can then check all the buttons. Game Controllers shows 19 buttons, but I only got it to work for 16 or so, basically every single button on the controller. Here are the instructions: 1.
